    Hi there, our company is being sold. The new owner will have all the rights and will pay for the membership starting January 1st. What do we need to do to change the payment and contact information. Thanks

    Your monthly subscription plan was scheduled to renew every 9th day of the month.

    Was I suggest you do is cancel the current subscription and just wait for it to expire on Jan 9th 2014

    You can then upgrade again to paid plan on Jan 10th 2014, this time when doing the payment, you can now use the NEW payment details and contact information.

    You can cancel the current subscription by clicking on the FREE plan when you go this link (make sure you are currently logged in to your Jotform account)

    If you are having difficulty on this, please inform us.

    I can actually cancel it also for you, but I would need your permission for that.
