My form (http://www.jotform.com/form/11031442438?) seems to have been messed up. The images weren't working anymore but I re-uploaded the images and it was fine.
But the rest of the form seems all muddled up and isn't showing properly.
Could you please take a look?

Thank you for posting your concern.
I believe the problem is about the expanded portions of the collapsable form fields that overlaps each other when a few of them are expanded by default.
I have submitted a ticket to the development team for them to take a look at the issue.
I would suggest though that for now, you should set these fields as collapsed (closed) by default. Or if it's not possible, try using other means such as page break tool.

I have tested the form with Firefox and Internet Explorer. It seems to be working fine. Please clear your browser's cache and try again. Inform us about the result please.

I’ve since collapsed the form as advised by JotForm to get the round the problem in the meantime.
It looks funny only when expanded, but we actually prefer it collapsed now, so we’ll carry on as normal and hopefully the bug’ll fix itself anyway.

This problem should be fixed now. Please re-save your forms to see the fix.
