My account is techknowvision and our forms are down. When trying to access the site, we get a message stating our IP was banned for phishing. I dont know how this would happen. Our forms are on clients websites and need to be up and running please contact us immedietly.
I cannot access jotform on any conputer on our network.

I'm trying to find out why my IP has been banned. We got an email that our non-profit was approved for social special pricing. I also asked a question on the forum about why Wufoo forms wouldn't import over and when I clicked the link provided it started my ip was banned for Phishing. I've only created one form for human resources to test the product but I'm messy to sign up with a site that might not be legitimate.
