my account has not upgraded and I bought the upgrade nearly a week ago

    Your account should now be on the premium plan. Kindly relogin to be able to view this changed.

    There was no username defined on your subscription order that's why your account wasn't upgraded automatically by our system. I have now corrected this so everything is fine by now.
