    My jotform account not accessible.

    Dear Jotform Team,

    I had a Jotform account which was accessible till yesterday and i created some important forms which i would be using on my website (possible for organization very soon). I created the forms and was demonstrating the features of jotforms to my colleagues so we could migrate to jotforms soon. But, for some reason my account is inaccesible suddenly.

    Below is the error.

    Hello Srikanth,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Please try to sign in to your account and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Dear Ashwin,

    Thanks for the support. I really appreciate the quick solution. Everything is in place now.

    I hope this won't happen in future as we would be using this form for a Global Competition and cannot afford these errors. We will make this account a premium user while using for competition.

    Hello Srikanth,

    As mentioned earlier that we have anti-phishing system in place which scans all forms with probability of being used for phishing activities and suspend the suspected account.

    If you upgrade your account, this issue will be ruled out as our anti-phishing system does not auto suspend paid accounts and requires human verification of forms.
