It sounds to me like there is probably a conflict on your form that is breaking the conditions. I tried the first few conditions and those were working fine so there is nothing wrong this the conditions themselves or using them. Now when I got to your conditions 6-10 I could see at the start there are several rules listed but it appears to be working so far.

Conditon 6 = Hidden (for several of your fields)

I'm not quite sure that I get the point of Condition #7. It appears that you've created a conflict here. There is only 1 Number between 2 and 0 so this has only made a problem plus more work for youself as this. I could see that this didn't appear to hide this very well due to the current config.

I think if you are having further problems it would probably be a good idea to leave your form as-is for the Original. Make a Clone of your form so you don't work on previous conditions to lose any of it then break some of these down more. This will help so that you can remove the troubled conditions and then slowly add back some rules per each condition to resolve the problem and I would recommend testing it each time as you put them back in to avoid further issues with it.
