Allow users to reorder and select max of 5 option

Hi, I want to include select top 5 question. May I know if the orderable list is able to do that? Or check all that applies limit to 5? How to specify that?

Please note that there are few widgets which will allow users to select the options from a list but none of them will limit the number of selection. 

I would suggest you please add multiple choice questions in the form and then configure it to select a max of 5 options. Please check the screenshot below:
