I am unable to access the files attached my clients forward in JotForm Trial form. By accessing the attached file, the error message appears:This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. We deeply apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.
This bug need to be treated by our next level support so I have forwarded this issue to them, so that they can find a prompt solution. We will update you viat this thread when this issue is fixed.

We apologize for this delayed response, thlsilva.
Upon checking, it appears that the uploaded file actually failed to complete, which is why you're encountering the error when trying to download. What I can recommend is ask the user to try uploading the file again for you to be able to receive it.
