I was creating a form in JotForms and somehow it stopped working and ever since I can't even log into it. I have cleared my cookies everything with no results.

1. Go to http://www.jotform.ca/login
2. Click Forgot Password link
3. Provide your email address and click Send Reset Instructions button
3. Check your email address and proceed with creating your new password.
