Ok, this is getting old. A month or so ago, all my forms were gone from JotForm. I contacted you and you said, Sorry, I will need to re do them,. So I did
Then, I contacted you early this week to inform you all of my forms were gone AGAIN and they were also gone from the web sites they were imbeded into. You wrote back that you don't know what happened. So I wrote back to say I was discontinuing use of your service. Now, all my forms are back and working on the web sites they are embeded into. I did not remake them or anything, they are just back. What the heck is going on? I really like your service, but if this is a normal occurance, I need to find another solution
I am very frustrated.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
A few days back Trend Micro blocked JotForm tool and forms created with it.
Apparrently, there had been issues about users who created spamming/phishing
forms here in JotForm and this eventually caused us to be tagged as dangerous by TrendMicro.
If you were using Trend Micro most likely this was the cause why your forms
were not visible. This issue has already been sorted out and JotForm was
already categorized as Safe.
If you encounter problems viewing the forms or JotForm tool try accessing it via
proxy to bypass web filter system of internet providers. You may use the following
proxy site: http://noblock.info/
