Is there any way to choose in the form if you'd like an autoreply email?

Hello,
To clarify, are you referring to let your users chose an option if they would like to receive an autoresponder email or not? Unfortunately, there's no direct functionality for this, but here's a workaround to meet your requirements:
1) Add a field on the form that will ask "if they would like to receive an auto-reply email." Preferrable a Single Choice field will do:
2) Create 2 autoresponder emails, wherein one of them is assigned to an invalid Recipient Email. You can assign a 'dummy field' (any field that will not contain an email address or a hidden field) as the Recipient Email on the autoresponder settings:
3) Then create a condition to send the autoresponder email based on the user's answer on the "if they would like to receive an auto-reply email" question:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need additional assistance.
