Cannot create Sub Accounts

    I am paying the most one can pay for jotform service and I cannot create additional sub users....when will this be fixed??

    Our sincere apologies. 

    I have reproduced the issue: Nothing happens when you click on "Create New User"

    This is an unexpected response, as you should be able to create up to 100 sub-users. 

    I have submitted your request to the next level support for deliberation. This thread will be updated towards a resolution.

    Thanks for the report, you can create sub-users now.
