How can I create a whitepaper submission form?

Asked by shay kay on December 18, 2013 at 07:25 PM

    Hi,

I want to create a form for my white paper. And I want to send users a url with a form they need to fill out. And when they finish to put their details they should have 2 options, to download the study (on PDF) or to ask the system to send them the study to their email.

Will I be able to do it with your platform?

    Tnx,

    Shay

I think you can accomplish that scenario on this way

    1. Have the PDF file link and the Study link ready

2.Add a radio button with the 2 options

    3. Create a Change Thank you URL after Submission conditional logic

    4. Create the condition

If Which Option filed Is Equal To  Download PDF

    Then

    Redirect to :  http://www.yourdomain.com/filename.pdf

    ---------------------------------------------------

For the email to be sent, you must first create the email alert with the customized text and settings (the study in your case, you can paste a word document)  Then follow the steps below:

1.Create a Send an Email after Submission conditonal logic

If Which Option filed Is Equal To  Download PDF

    Then Send Notification email to  {email3}

Where {email3} is ID for the email field, that you can get by checking on properties, on the field

I hope this helps to accomplish the desired escenario. Let us know if further help is needed

Just to be clear, the email alert you must create is an Autoresponder, not an email notification. Sorry if it appears confusing
