I dont get any information to my email. Not even when i test it before putting the code on my website. I already tryied with 3 different emails.
Can you help me?

The problem is that in one of the notifications, the Sender Name was not established , it was showing "Please Select"
Probably the emails have been sent to both hotmail and gmail spam folders. I've corrected this in your form. Please try one more time and let us know if the problem persist
