cancelling premium service

    Hello,

    We have completed the need for your premium service and would like to cancel that service now. I clicked on "cancel" on the account screen which then took me to another screen. This new page asked for my user name and password. I entered that information and it states not valid.

    Please assist,

    Hello Don,


    You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on July 2, 2011.
