    Not receiving emails ...

    I am not receiving an email notification when I test my contact form. I'd like the emails to go to cwood@cwooddesign.com. Above is the url of my contact page. Thanks!

    I went into the email alerts tab and messed with that - i apparently do not have something set up correctly.

    Hi woodzy04,

    I checked our mail server logs and it seems that on twoof our different servers, the email went through successfully (stat=Sent).

    In addition, I have also tested your email notification using my own email address and I was able to receive it.

    I suspect a delay in delivery of the email. Kindly wait for a few more minutes up to 1 hour. Pleae check your spam/junk folder also. If it still doesn't arrive after an hour, you may need to speak with your systems administrator or mail service provider to whitelist jotform.com in your mail server.
