Do you have such forms for my website? I plan to build a website for car's accessory. I would like my website very similar to KBB when customers choose their vehicles. For example, his car is 2009 honda civic 4-door seden silver. The first form will be "Make". He could choose honda. Before he chose honda, other forms are there but he has to select honda from first form. Then he could choose civic as model. If i did not explain well, try to search the price of a car on KBB. I think you will know what I am asking.
After I used your tool to create the webpages, how could I collect data from the forms?

Thanks for contacting us Jimmy. I tried to search the KBB site I am not sure if this is the correct website you mentioned
When I search for a Price quote. There is one form on this page. However, I needed to choose the Make first before it enabled each one downwards.
This kind of functionality can be done directly on the Form builder by showing or hiding fields using conditions only but not dynamically change the contents of each field per user choice.
However, when I click next on the form, it gives me another form(a complicated one). As you can see this kind of form is directly tied to the website's database which JotForm is not designed to do. This kind of setup is much closer to a shopping cart or ecommerce platform that can not be done on JotForm alone. If this is what you want to achieve, the only thing I can suggest is to setup a content management system or platform. If you have Wordpress website there are dozens of themes that you can use that focuses on automobile CMS.
If we are going to do this on JotForm it won't work as this requires you to build hundreds of forms and you have to manually input each car details on the database of each form. Then many forms more for each car make, model, sub model, and year. What I can recommend you is something like this http://gorillathemes.com/wordpress-car-dealer-theme/ that you can install on a Wordpress platform on your server.
Please let us know if this is not the one you are inquiring about or if the website I found is not the right one. Thank you
