I have tried numerous attemps to reset my password for account it.support@stavis .com The syestem is either nort accepting the request or it is not sending out the reset instructions. Please help.

Kindly check your Inbox now and if you cant' see any, check your Spam folder just in case the reset email has been flagged as spam.
