    Still can not see form linked from our website, still get error message when going directly to form URL: http://form.jotform.us/jsform/32514353420140

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Your form was disabled due to "Overlimit" and the upgrade didn't take effect. I was trying to locate your email and username in our records but I can't seem to find any existing payment recently made. Can you please send us the transaction ID and what is the payment gateway used when upgrading to premium.
