Upgrade to Jotform Economy not applied to my account!

    Hey I need help. For some reason even though I have paid the upgrade to my account hasn't applied. I needed the upgrade yesterday. How can I get my money back? Perhaps if I pay the full price it will work. Dont know what to do and there is nobody I can phone to help.

    The upgrade is made to the account with username: bsawchuk (orders@qimaging.com). Do you know this account? Is this yours?
