Account is blocked

    I received a statement that my form has been disabled for allegedly exceeding its quota of 100mb. Accessed the form and erase all the answers. Even so the account is still blocked. I do not need an upgrade. You can unlock the account?

    @Hiran,

    Unfortunately deleting submissions does not reduce your monthly submission count. Your account will only be enabled if 1. The counter will refresh and 2. You have upgrade to a higher type of account like Premium, Professional etc. take note that the counter will refresh every 1st of the month so in you case your form will be accessible on January 1 2014 once the counter has been refreshed.
