Forms worked fine yesterday - today they are not being forwarded to the emails set up. Email is working fine on our end.

I just checked your form, the problem is that your email alert settings were not setup correctly. The sender name was left as "Please select" I changed it to Contact Name. But you can edit it and choose another form question
Please check your spam folder to find your submissions. Let us know if further help is needed

I don't understand this at all - they worked fine yesterday?
Nothing in spam, Jotform has been white listed for a LONG TIME.
What does "But you can edit it and choose another form question" mean, what do I need to do?

Jeanette has updated your form's Sender Name from "Please Select" to the field "Contact Name" of your form. This has been done to avoid having the email rejected by email service providers. As some email service providers reject emails that do not contain Sender Names.
