If I have some url on form, what is uploaded on facebook page, and the url is in example directed  to wall of page, after klick on this URL facebook not direct to the wall but show something like this:

as you can see is not wall of the page but some  facebook picture and now if you klick on it you will be redirected to the wall of the page.

But I dont want from my url on form to be directed to this picture and after clik on this picture to my url (in this case wall of page) but I want it to go straight to my url (to wall of page).

What can I do with that?

    Thanks (sorry for my english)

Jotform is not responsible for that Facebook logo and link. It is Facebook who has inserted that element, perhaps for security reasons. In this case, there is nothing we can do about it. I think it's best to contact Facebook for this matter, although I am not sure if they'd be willing to remove that. It must be there for a reason only Facebook knows.

Hope you find this information useful. Let us know if there's anything else you need to ask.

    Hello janice,

I have checked your form and your account and it seems to be working properly.

Maybe you accidentally disabled your form.  You can change the settings of your form status by editing your form and going to Setup & Embed tab > clicking the Preferences on the form builder's toolbar > Go to General Settings tab and adjusting your form status

If you have other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to start a new forum thread.
