Hi,
I have an identical problem to that described in this thread. In this thread the problem was resolved but it does not detail exactly how. Can you help please?

The ReCaptcha appears on the form as a security feature when the form detects high traffic from a particular IP. To remove that security feature we will need to whitelist your account and that is how it was resolved on the other ticket.
Is this occurring on all forms in your account or only one form?
I am anyway escalating this to our back-end team. Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.

They are: https://form.jotform.com/203536757144357 and
https://form.jotform.com/210612269570351. I did expect this issue was being
caused by high traffic. The users are not very IT savvy and this is causing
big problems.
