I have performed a test submission and added 2 test files for upload on your form. It appears that they have been recevied:

The users submission may have experience upload transferring problems. I would advice to have the user resubmit the form. As it appears to be the only missing upload:

Kindly let us know if the user persists having issue performing the upload on his submission. So that we may be able to help you further. Thank you.

    Hello,

This has been happeing again, it seems to be very intermittent,

The user has upload 1 submission with an attchment and 2 without.

I don't understand why I receive the submissions with no attachement when it is a required feild.

If the file submission is not sucessful then it should error on the users side and I not recieve anything?

It is quite embarrassing to go back to our client after this has happened.

    Please help

We would like to recommend you to disable a 'Validate Image' option on your Multiple Upload field. There is a chance that some outdated browsers and files might fail on that kind of validation.

Also, you might consider allowing every extension to increase a range of the files that you can accept.

    Thank you.

I have created a 'Clone of Ultra Website Upload' form under your account, that form is on another JotForm domain, so it might be different.

Here is a link to that form:

Please try that form on your website. Thank you.

I am not sure exaclty if they used the new one or the old one.

    Hello Ultralabels,

Upon checking the submission list, I did not find any submissions in the cloned form. It seems that you have not used the old form URL insted of the new one shared by my colleague.

The form embed in your web page is actually the cloned form. I sent you a test submission and upon checking your form's submission page, I found the uploaded files are there.

Could you please check and get back to us if you have received the link to the uploaded file in submission email you have received?

    Thank you!
