If the Silver plan is HIPAA compliant why does it need to be activated

    If the Silver plan is HIPAA compliant why does it need to be activated and do we have to follow the approval register steps each form we want to make sure is HIPPA compliant? How much does it cost to activate the added protection

    Please note that not all our users need HIPAA compliance. So, if you need it and you are on the Silver or Gold plan, you should activate HIPAA from the settings of your account. In order to do this, you can follow this guide:

    You should also have in mind that if you activate HIPAA, then all forms in your account will be HIPAA compliant. So, you will not need to activate HIPAA for each form. However, this also means that you can not have non-HIPAA forms in your HIPAA account.
