    Hi Roberto,

As of the moment your have a free registered account you can find the limits at: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

Once you reach your submission limit, your forms will be disabled for the meantime. It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero. You can still access the old submissions and submitted data prior to the account lock.

If you upgraded to the paid account the same limitation applies when
account is locked due to failed payment.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Hi Roberto,

Yes, you should still be able to see your files, submissions, and forms if you failed to pay your subscription for the month. Only your submissions and file upload size allowance will be downgraded back to the free account.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
