However still the form is one step from perfect: a specific number for each form.

Can each form filled in has an specific number or code, like an invoice number? such as P1, P2, P3... P20

and can this code appears as the file name when the file is transferred into my google drive

It would be perfect if your forms has this function.

    Hi,

Yes, you can do that with Google Drive folders but now with the uploaded files which I guess might still help, (unfortunately, custom name for the uploaded file is not possible as of the moment).

When you integrate your form to Google Drive, you can set a field from your form as the folder name for each of the file submissions. These files will then be moved to your google drive with their custom names.

First, in order to have an incrementing folder names, you have to use "Unique ID" tool which is under Widgets.

After that, set the Unique ID field as the custom folder name when you integrate your form with Google Drive.

Hope this still helps. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions or concerns about this.

    Best Regards!
