Hi
How does one split the appointment date and time into separate columns of the google spreadsheet rather than have it all in one column.

Hello there,
I'm afraid that there's no feature available to let us separate date and time of appointment slot.
As a workaround, you can add a Date Picker and a Time field to your form. Then, add the conditions below so that you'll be able to copy the chosen appointment date and time separately.
