Hi
How do we separate date of appointments to different sheets in google spreadsheet. For example May 4 appointments on one sheet and May 5 to another sheet etc.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that there is no automated way to meet your requirements using the Google Sheets integration. But a workaround, I think that could work for you and meet your requirements is to export the data from the sheet integrated with your form into another sheet and use a filter to only show the data from a specific date.
You can import data from one sheet to another in Google Sheets using the IMPORTRANGE function.

And then, you can use the Date as criteria for the Filter function.
