We have designed a form that takes paypal payments, but also allows a user to submit the form without paying, and mail a check to us later. We have had a few of these folks mail a check, and I am struggling a bit with a few things:How can I scan the form responses and see the three payment statuses? paid, we are all good paypal pending, wait for it submitted without payment How can I then add / edit another payment status when they mail a check (got the check - we are all good)?

You may want to consider using a Hidden Field for your Admin Use as an example. This way you could then have this Field displayed on your Notification as Confirmation for when you updated it.
For instance the Hidden Field would show up as when you Edit your Form such as once the Check has been received then you could update the form with such for this Field. The Notice would then be updated as a reconfirmation that you had received your customers check as payment. Just a thought.

Kade - I like the idea of an admin field to keep track of our notes.
Can you point me in the direction to understand paid status as well?
