Currently I am notified of a response to my form "Counseling Inquiry|Website" [http://www.jotform.com/?formID=11211632390] via a website that is not operating at this time. In the notification the sender email address includes the following: JotForm [email of person completing the form] via soul-support.org .
I want to change the process so that the information on all forms is sent via a functioning website address [www.soulsupportcounselingct.com]
I am the site owner and have access to "backend". My IT person is not available to help with this problem. Are you able to direct me to how I can make this change?

Do you basically need to send the email alerts from your own domain? If yes, then you will need to add an SMTP sender and use it in your Email Notifications and Autoresponders.
