Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we do not have that kind of feature yet to compare submissions and make calculations on past data as what inventory systems would do.
It might be possible to do this. However, we need more details on how you do exactly your daily inventory routine or what your specific requirements are so that we can see if it is something that can be done directly on the Form Builder. We will wait for your reply. Thank you.

Thanks ardy0689. However, I don't need the form to make calcualtions or compare to anything. I'm really just looking for a format where I can list a bunch of items I stock and have FOH employees record how many or on the shelf at the end of the day. Do yo have any suggestions for that?

Thanks for clarifying that. Is this something that suits your specification?
Please see this demo form. Please let us know if this meets your specification so that we can suggest more and help you out. Thank you

that's great thanks. One more question. How would I enable an employee to log onto the account from an ipad and fill this form out and send it?

There is no need for any login to be able to use the form. Having the form URL will suffice for any user to use and submit the form.
Example, you can use our colleague's demo form http://form.jotform.co/form/33536360264856 in your ipad device by using its direct URL on the ipad's browser.
Hope this clarify the matter. Inform us if you need further assistance.
