    I have users experiencing issues receiving emails from your no reply address of “noreply@jotform.com”, but appears I’m receiving it.

    Is the issue happening to all your forms? If not, kindly share to us the URL of the form having this issue.

    Also, send us the ID of the submissions with user not being sent the email so that we could confirm whether the email has indeed failed or sent successfully.
