Saving Issue with Multiple Browser Tabs Open

    I just spend several hours working on a Form and, of course, it autosaved frequently.  Unfortunately, I accidentally had another tab on my browser opened and Jotform saved THAT version last, which was several hours old. I now lost all of my updated items.


    This seems like it should not have happened, but did.


    Just thought you should know. I just found out aboutt this application and I'm loving it, but it still is a little buggy. I'm also looking forward to using decimal places with the calculation box.

    Hi Darren,

    It's actually not a bug. You just need to avoid opening the same form into a separate tab. If you do, the autosave function would conflict to which update you are currently in, causing the form to restore to its old state. 

    With regards to the calculation feature, would you mind creating a separate thread for that? This way, we can forward it to our developers. Contact Jotform Support
