Hello .... I am creating a JotForm as an interview scorecard. For specific questions, we want the interviewers to choose a number of 1,2,3 or 4 to "rate" the person. Is there any way the numerical ratings can be combined to produce an average? Thank you!

I assume that you are trying to implement it on this form: IPRO Interview Scorecard. If so, you can assign calculation values to these rating dropdowns below:
Here's a guide on how-to-assign-calculation-value.
Then add a Form Calculation widget to the form then use the following formula:

Hello .... when I click the 3 dots in the calculation widget to pull up "math functions" I don't have "Average No Zero" as a choice. These are the only choices I have in my list

However, I was able to find the Average No Zero function:
