JotForm Approvals: option to customize approval page > add own logo and change layout

Is it possible to customize approval page (see attched screenshot) We want our own logo and customize the layout?

You can set up an SMTP using your custom domain email address, so email notifications or email verification codes will be sent via your own email server.

I assume you are referring to the initially uploaded photo. If you want to remove Reassign button, you should disable reassign option from corresponding flow settings:
