Delete submissions and account

Hi,

I have closed my business that I have used jot form for and I want to delete all of their info securely that I have collected, please advise.

I am doing this because I received notice of a fraudulent login attempt today, I changed my password and enabled two factor identification. But I would like to remove all my data and close my account.

Please let me know how to do this

Kindly refer to this article on how to permanently delete all your submissions. Here's the guide on how to delete your account.

Technically, when you delete your account, all of its submissions will be deleted as well but it is still a good practice to delete the submissions followed by the deletion of the account.

I did check your account and found that you have already deleted your submissions and account as well. Your account will be purged automatically in 30 days.
