One of the people submitting forms is claiming she's getting an error message about file size being too large. The files are uploaded through an integration with our Box account. Is there a limit as to the size of files that can be uploaded?Page URL:

Hello wmosuploads. According to Box.net, a free user can upload up to a maximum of 250GB/upload, while a starter account can do an upload of up to 2GB, and business/enterprise accounts can do a 5GB upload.
However, there is a 1GB per upload limit here in JotForm so whichever comes lowest will eventually meet an error. So if you're using a free account with box, you will be restricted up to 250MB/upload
Hope this clarifies your concerns. If you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.

Unfortunately, we have a related problem. We are allowing people to upload up to six image files with their form answers. Instead of uploading the images to our Box account, the images are being embedded in PDFs and I can't see the image files anywhere. Do you have any insight into this?

Please try the following:
Change the upload limit on your form, as this validation would still prevent you from uploading your file to Box.net:
Please do this for all your upload fields
