Custom Submit Button Visible in Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox

Asked by Morainefor2015 on June 20, 2011 at 08:13 AM

I'm creating a pledge form within a self-hosted Wordpress page.  I created a custom submit button and it shows up perfectly on Safari and Chrome, but when I view the page in Firefox the button doesn't display.  I've asked others to look at it in Firefox and they're unable to see the button either.

    Thanks very much!

    Hi Morainefor2015,

I visited your form using Safari and Chrome and I got this instead:

    Submit Form

When I tried using Firefox, I got the same image instead of the custom Submit button as shown below:

Kindly check your button and try again. You may want to consider changing the image hosting provider for your button.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

Thank you very much for the reply.  I switched the image onto my own server, but I still seem to be having the same problem.  In Chrome and Safari is looks exactly as it should:

But in Firefox the button is still not displaying:

I've tried hosting the button in different places, saving it in different file formats and still no luck.

    Hi Simon,

Thanks for considering our suggestions though it failed to work. It appears that the submit button gets hidden from view. May we ask you to use the Iframe embed code instead of the one you're currently using? Let us know how it goes this time.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
