    How come when I test this form all works correct except:

     

    Section 2 and Section 3 is not recording the data I entered in below email capture.

    Hi,

    Recreate your email notification, that should fixed it. That happens when the field tags e.g. {name} on your email notification failed to update when you made changes to your form and to your email notification.

    To recreate your email notification, simply delete the existing notification and create a new one.
