Fill in the Blank: Unexpected error occurred control

Hi Team
I am building a Contract Variation form with Jotform and have used the "Fill in the Blank" field.
It has brought up an error :
Unexpected error occurred control_inline
I don't mind if I can't use this field - but I can't remove the error message - and now I have three of them on my beautiful new form!!!
Can you please provide advice as to how I can remove this message. I am not able to hover or anything.

Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I inspected you for, but I do not see the "Unexpected error occurred control_inline" error. Were you able to remove it?
I also added the Fill in the Blank field to my cloned form and it is displayed properly.
Maybe it was a temporary issue. Please add the field again to the form and let us know if there is any issue.
