Why is there a limit on the # permitted in two fields on my form - it won't permit odd #s!!!Asked by premierdepogrl on December 22, 2013 at 05:22 PM
So I have created this amazing form for my business and there are two fields that will NOT allow for odd #s - those fields are in the SECOND section, SECOND row and are entitled # ATTYS and # WITS.
I have tried to figure this out and have been unsuccessful, but am SURE you guys can get this worked out ASAP!
The fields should accept 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc., and no number should be inaccessable!
Thanks in advance.
In my investigation, I found that there is NO issue on the Number field. It does increment the numbers correctly including odd numbers.
I think it is your form http://www.jotform.com/20430204581 design that is having lag issue that is causing the delays when using the Number field in your form. Due to the delay when clicking on the Number field, it is then as if a number had been skipped.
If you can try the Number field on this test form https://secure.jotform.me/form/33558166529464? which was a stripped down version of your form, you will see how the field work properly.
I would suggest re-designing your form by making it a bit smaller with lesser page, so that it will not lag when being used.
Hope this help. Inform us if there is more we can assist you with.
