Forms are constantly not loading

    Hello,

    I currently use jotforms on an iPad at my medical spa and the forms have a tendency to not work and appear to be constantly reloading or trying to load when selected. This has happened several times in the past and is causing disruptions in my customer service with clientele. I use jotforms for consent forms and treatment forms and when the forms do not load we are not able to treat the client at the time. I have spoken with a customer service rep regarding this same issue one or two weeks ago and they told me to recache the webpage. I have done this when the page does not seem to be working but the problem continues to occur. Is there something you can do from your end to keep this from happening? If this continues to happen I will not be able to continue using jotforms for my company. On Monday May 3rd the forms were not working for the entire business day. Please let me know if there is another solution to this problem.

    Greetings Michelle,

    All your forms seem to be working normally. Kindly tell us if you are using the JotForm mobile APP on your iPad? Or are you using the safari browser?

    Have you tried opening the form in a different browser? You can install the JotForm JotForm mobile app on your iPad instead and use Kiosk mode.

    Hello,

    I have it saved under a Google browser. I will try and save the forms using the Jotform app and see if that makes a difference! Thank you for this tip!

    I downloaded the app like you suggested but it is not allowing me to operate in the kiosk mode. I am working off an IPad. Any insight around this problem?

    Hi Michelle,

    Could you kindly try to log out then log in again? In addition, if the issue still persists, kindly also try to reinstall the application again.

    Let us know if it makes any difference.
