Why is my account suspended? I have never tried to attempt any Phishing attack so WTF JotForm.... WTF

I am very unhappy with Jotform here, All my forms are down in Peak times for use during the holidays, and they never even notified me... I logged on last week to fix a code, was fine, logged on tonight - blocked! for what I have no idea, I don't use a form that contains any credit card information, I have a secure merchant/cart to process those types of sensitive information forms.

my extra question is..... is JotForm even "open" over this time of year, or am I forced to move to a competitor to up hold the end JotForm has failed?

Our sincere apologies for the trouble and inconvenience this may have caused. Our developers have already fixed the issue with account suspension. I have whitelisted the IP Address so to be sure.
Please kindly check again and let us know if the issue is still there. Please be sure to clear cache, do it quickly with CTRL + F5 for Windows and CMD + Shift + R for MacOS.
