I have a jotform embedded on my website
sometimes it loads but most of the time it returns a blank page nothing apprearing on the <div> in which the form code is placed.
Can you look into this matter pleae?

I checked your page source here and found two types of form embed code. One is the default script embed code and the other one is the iframe embed code which are both commented that's why they are not executed on that page. It is best to remove the two embed codes first, then re-embed your form again using iframe embed code. Check this visual guide:

Attached is a snapshot.Can you please explain why am i getting this
authentication request whenever i try to login to jotform? It works when i
work around the captcha but its really annoying.
