Jotform Approval: Attached PDF filled with the submission data in the email notification

<Approval Status> ... <<< oops available in the Table linked to the form but not in the form itself

PDF Attached ... <<< oops I can link the PDF link but not the PDF with all the form data filled.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Once the form has been validated, I'd like to send a mail "Retrait WO - envoi à FFT" with the PDF with all the filled form data.

Unfortunately, our new Approval Feature doesn't support yet with the PDF attachment from the submission.

I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

Hi phgros,

We implemented adding approval status and activity(thread) data PDF. Now you can add approval status or approval thread(activity-who approved, when..) data to PDF and send it as email or download.
