If I use condition logic from one form to ask user to fill out sub-form how many submissions is that?

For example, I have a contact form that asks for generic information.  If the user specifies they want a certain service I would like for them to fill out a sub-form with detailed information about the services they will need.  So how does this affect my number of submissions?  Is it one or two?

    Hi rherr

Thanks for asking. It depends on how you set it up. If a condition is set on the first form to show a thank you page that is actually second form, then on submission of that second form two submissions would have been recorded. However, if in a single form conditions are set on fields to reveal other fields, a single a single submission would suffice to accomplish the same result as the first scenario. Here is an example of such a form. Clone it, replace the fake recipient email address in the notification with your own and do a test submission.

Be sure to let us know if this sort of setup would suit your requirements.

    Thanks.
