    Why every time I add new form, my account is suspended? 4 here :(

    My new simple conatct us form and all others have been disabled

    Please have a look at while I will upgrade to the paid plan in two days!

    Probably the Arabic characters you are using are very related to words that might also have the same meaning as "password", our automated phishing detection system got a list of words in many languages and will autosuspend form with any of those.

    A phishing form can be a login form, a fake facebook form (or any other popular site), a form to steal credit card information etc

    Please make sure this is not the case in any of your forms. Otherwse, the system will keep  blocking your account

    Thank you Jeanette. 

    No I am not using my forms for any phishing or stealing information.

    It is just an art contest for non-profit orgnization and these are regsitration and contact forms.

    I will be upgrading to the premium so I will be in the safe side. Althought I don't expect more than 100 submittions per month and this running only form 45 days. However, it is better not to have surprises when people start submit thier application.
