Hi, we are very upset, because, we pay a renew monthly form the last friday to the account "bmbb9" and the credit card pay was accepted, so, we need urgent solution.

Your account is currently subscribed as Premium, and Premium accounts are limited to 1000 monthly submissions. You have exceeded your monthly limit that is why your forms were disabled.
Since your subscription started on the 26th of May, the submissions counter is expected to reset on the 26th of June, and that is if you pay your monthly fee for the next month. Only then will your forms be re-enabled.
You may also choose to upgrade to a Professional subscription to enjoy a higher submissions limit.
